Our company was founded after Bob Sweeney’s 9-month tour of Reserve Duty in Bosnia, where he served as Chief Environmental Engineer for the NATO Stabilization Forces.  Before this, Bob managed the Liquid Waste and Land-Use Department for the Southwest Washington Health District in Vancouver, Washington. 

Having designed over 1,000 on-site wastewater treatment systems whose capacities range from 240 to 40,000 gallons per day, our systems have utilized holding tanks, gravity drainfields, intermittent sand filters, and cutting edge technology, such as aerobic treatment units, textile filters and package treatment plants. We showcased our on-site designs as part of the 2004 Street of Dreams sites in Clackamas County, Oregon, the first time that on-site systems were used for this premier event.  Our designs were so welcomed that we were invited back in 2006. 

Our clients benefit from the services of Registered Environmental Health Specialists, Registered Geologists, Waste Water Management Specialists, Certified Professional Soil Scientists, and Engineering Technicians.  We hold licenses in Oregon and Washington, and maintain offices in Milwaukie and Garibaldi, Oregon.
